We are moving to Watford

Steve has decided to stop working to spend more time on the golf course and helping with grandchildren and parents. Natalie and Sean who are both extremely proud of the reputation we have built up over the 52 years will be carrying on the legacy of S&B Motors. They have finally found new premises on the Penfold Trading Estate in North Watford after a year-long search, the details of which can be found below.

We have driven from our current location to the new premises several times in under 10 minutes so we very much hope that all of our existing customers/friends will continue to use our services. We are renowned throughout North London for the quality of service we provide and our aim is to broaden our customer base when relocating in North Watford. Our vision has always been to provide exceptional and outstanding service at a fair price, this will remain the same. Ultimately, we want to be known as the best independent garage in both North London as well as Hertfordshire.

We have built up great relationships with so many people over the years and now see many 3rd generations of the customers we started with in 1965. We would like to reassure everyone that we intend to keep to the very high standards of customer satisfaction that we have always striven for. Our current rating as a member of the Good Garage Scheme is that 99.7% of people would recommend us, we are extremely proud of this high score. Our 52 years of trading have taught us that the most important aspect of our business is trust. It is the goal of our firm to have 100% customer satisfaction in regards to quality, friendliness, time to completion and to discover new ways to exceed the expectations of our clients.

Natalie and Sean would like to reassure all of our customers that they will continue to invest in staff training and on diagnostic equipment to keep abreast of the advances in vehicle technology.
